Be Specific and Clear
arrow
When using the healthwords.ai conversational search tool, be sure to provide clear and concise information about your health condition. Use simple language and avoid medical jargon that may confuse the AI.
Clearly state what you are looking to achieve from the conversation. If you are vague in your questions, the responses will follow suit and prompt more information. The best way to get the most of the conversation is to mimick how you would speak when having a consultation with a Physician. For example, you would not open a consultation with a doctor or pharmacist with “What is a headache”. We would recommend a prompt such as the following: “I have been struggling with headaches over the past couple of weeks. They regularly come in the afternoon and really inhibit me from concentrating at work. I am staying on top of my hydration and have tried Panadol and this is not helping. I would like to know more about my condition, what products I can try and if there are any lifestyle changes to help ease my condition.”
Provide accurate and in-depth information
arrow
It is essential to provide accurate information about your symptoms, medical history, and any other relevant information to get the best possible response from the AI. Be as honest and precise as possible. It is better to share more information than less. Anything you think might be relevant will allow healthwords.ai AI to be more accurate and helpful in our responses.
Use specific keywords
arrow
Use specific keywords related to your health condition when asking questions to healthwords.ai. This will help healthwords.ai to understand your query and provide you with accurate information.
Limit your prompt and conversation to one health condition
arrow
Please focus individual conversations on one specific health condition. When your health condition has multiple symptoms, it is important to mention all of these. This allows healthwords.ai AI to provide accurate responses. However, if you are looking to converse on a range of conditions it is important that you restart the conversation. You can do this by the hitting the exit button in the top right. However, do not be worried about losing your previous conversations, these will be saved to your profile and viewed at will.
Reframe Questions For Better Results
arrow
If you do not receive the desired results, please try and reframe the question/prompt you input. If you are looking for overview information around a condition, then open ended questions will be beneficial. The AI will then be able to converse and become more specific for the information you need. However, if there is a something specific you are looking for, then the question should provide as much background as possible and be clear in what your expected outcome is.
Iterate and Experiment
arrow
Continuously test and refine your prompts to optimize the effectiveness of the results. Experiment with different prompt structures and analyze AI outputs and adjust your prompts accordingly. We are always updating and improving our AI responses and as such keep trying new prompts to find your perfect responses.
Provide feedback
arrow
Provide feedback on the responses provided by the AI. This will help the AI to learn and improve its accuracy in the future. You can provide feedback by using the thumbs up/down buttons on the bottom right of the chat message.
