Ingedients

Each patch contains the following active ingredients

• Mentha piperita: Menthol Aerial Parts 10%
• Eucalyptus globulus: Eucalyptus leaf oil5%

Other ingredients*: Adhesive (tracaganth gum rosin ester, guar gum rosin ester)* Naturally derived.

How to use

1. Dry skin before use. Cut open the foil sachet, remove one of the patches and peel off the protective film from the central cut. TIP: Be careful when peeling the protective film as the patch can stick to itself
2. Apply adhesive side of the patch where you want the cooling effect
3. Discard and replace with a new patch as required. If applied on hair or sensitive skin, remove gently using warm water - we always advise taking it off in the shower once the patch has become totally wet and is easier to remove!

Everybody is different - find what works best for you: Start applying patches the day or night before you need them. You can also wait until the time strikes!
