Rub on method
Always use at the first sign of a cold to get maximum benefit.
- Adults: Rub liberally onto the chest, throat and back, Cover the whole area for maximum effect.
- Leave night clothes loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily.
- Children over 2 years: Gently help to rub away the symptoms of your child's cold with your tender touch. Apply lightly to the chest and back. Leave clothes loose for easy inhalation.
- This product can be used with other medicines.
Inhalation method
- For use (adults): If head cold or nasal catarrh persists, for deep action relief melt two teaspoons of Vicks VapoRub in a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water.
- Inhale the soothing medicated vapours for 10 - 15 minutes.
- This product can be used with other medicines.
Ingredients
- Active Ingredients: Levomenthol 2.75% w/v, camphor 5.00 w/v, eucalyptus oil 1.50% w/v, turpentine oil 5.00% w/w.
- Also contains Thymol, cedarwood oil and white soft paraffin.

- Avoid contact with eyes.
- Do not swallow or place in nostrils.
