You can take one or two tablets when needed. However, do not take more than two tablets in three hours, and do not take more than eight tablets per day. Each tablet contains 50 mg of caffeine. Therefore, eight tablets will provide 400 mg of caffeine which is the maximum amount of caffeine you can safely consume in a day.
If you take any other caffeine-containing products or drinks, try to ensure your overall daily consumption does not exceed 400 mg.
Caffeine works by blocking the actions of a natural chemical called adenosine, which is produced by the body as part of the process to signal tiredness. Pro Plus usually takes about 45 minutes before it starts to work.
Do not take Pro Plus if you are allergic to caffeine or another ingredient listed in the product.
