• 1. How quickly can I book a GP appointment?

  Appointments are available on the same day, and you can book online in just a few minutes.

• 2. How much does a GP appointment cost?

  Our appointments start from £40 for 15 minutes, with no hidden fees.

• 3. Can I choose between in-person and online consultations?

  We only offer online consultations.

• 4. What can I discuss during my appointment?

  You can address any medical concerns, from minor ailments to ongoing health issues. Our GPs provide comprehensive care and advice.

• 5. What if I need more time than 15 minutes?

  If your consultation requires additional time, you can extend your appointment for a small fee. If you need a longer appointment you might need to re-book a second appointment.

• 6. Is my information kept private?

  Yes, we adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection standards to ensure your personal information remains secure.

• 7. Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

  Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment as long as you provide adequate notice. Please check our cancellation policy for details. If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hrs in advance you’ll receive 100% refund, if cancelled within 24hrs you’ll receive 50% back, if cancelled in less than 12 hrs there will be no refund.

• 8. Do I need an app to take the call?

  You do not need to install anything, your appointment will happen in your browser.

• 9. Can I ask about my child or another person?

  Only if you are a guardian or parent, they will also need to attend the appointment.

• 10. Can I speak to a specialist?

  We’re working to get specialists onboard.

• 11. Can a specialist see my NHS records?

  Specialists have access only to private records from Semble, not the NHS.
