My morning routine starts with getting up and going for an hour walk around Clapham Common with my wife. It is a habit we picked up in the first COVID lockdown, and one we have endeavored to maintain since.
Hydration. I’m a big coffee drinker, which as a diuretic can make it hard to stay hydrated. It means drinking little and often is particularly important for me and I can feel the difference at the end of a long day if I have failed to do so.
I eat everything, but my favourite foods are Italian and sushi.
Desiccated coconut. I can’t stand it.
I live by my peloton. I used to go to routinely go to the gym, but being able to work out at home saves me a lot of time.
Get outside first thing in the morning before you start your work day. It does wonders for your concentration and your mood.
