Derek Evans

Derek is a specialist clinician with over 30 years of experience in corporate management. He has led change at the interface of commercial and clinical business in other global groups. In addition to overseeing the regulatory process, Derek has been instrumental in setting up some of Healthwords quality management systems. As a specialist travel medicine clinician, he also provides the knowledge and background for Healthwords' travel section. He is a graduate of University of Portsmouth. He is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, Fellow of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, Fellow of Faculty of Travel Medicine, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, Glasgow and Fellow of International Society of Travel Medicine.
